That the said parties of the first part, for and in 
consideration of the sum of Three Dollars to them in hand 
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof 
is hereby acknowledged, have given, granted, aliened, bargain
                                                          alien, 
ed, sold, transferred; and do by these presents give, grant,^bar-
gain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said party of the 
second part all those several tracts or parcels of land 
lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida, and 
now particularly known and described on the maps and public sur-
veys of said State, as the East Half E1/2 of North Est quarter (NE1/4)
of Section Twenty nine (S.29) Township Seven South, (S.7) Range East,
(20.E) containing Eighty (80 13) acres more or less, also South East
quarter (SE1/4) of North East quarter, NE1/4); South East quarter (SE1/4)
of North West quarter (NW1/4); East Half (E1/2) of South East quar-
ter (SE1/4) & North East quarter NE1/4 of South West quarter (S.W. 1/4)
of Section Twenty five (S.25), Township Seven South (7.S.) Range Eight
een East (18,E.) containing one hundred & ninety nine (19930)
acres more or less, Also in Town of Archer, County and State
aforesaid Lot Number five (5) in Block number Twenty three (23)
    To have and to hold, the above described premises, together with 
all and singular the rights and privileges immunities, ease=
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise apper=
taining unto the said party of the second, and his heirs, as their 
absolute property in fee simple forever, and the said parties of the 
first part for themselves and successors, as Trustees as afore=
said, and for the said Florida Rail Road Company, and for 
all others claiming by, through, or under them, or either of them, do 
covenant and agree, that they are seized as Trustees, of a good and in=
defeasible fee simple to the above premises, and that they have good 
right to convey the same, as they have conveyed the same, free 
and discharged from all encumbrances and Liens of any and 
every nature and description created by themselves as such Trus=
tees; and that the said party of the second part, his heirs and 
assigns, shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described 
premises against all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming under 
them or either of them. 
     In Testimony whereof, the said parties of the first part 
have hereunto affixed their hands and seals, this the day
