1869, personally appeared before me J. Limeburner one of the subscri
                                          by me 
bing witnesses to the above Deed, who being^duly sworn, did depose and 
say, that he saw James T. Soutter and John McRae gran
tors in the foregoing Instrument, sign, seal and deliver the same, 
and heard them acknowledge that they did execute it as their 
voluntary act and deed -

   This Indenture, made and entered into on this the 
twelfth day of June, in the year of our Lord 
one Thousand eight hundred and sixty seven, between James 
T. Soutter, and John McRae, duly appointed by the 
Florida Rail Road Company, parties of the first part, and 
S.B. Wright party of the second part, Witnesseth:  
   That the said parties of the first part, for and in 
consideration of the sum of six Dollars ($6.00) to them in 
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have given, granted, aliened -
bargained, sold, Transferred; and do by these presents give 
grant, alien, bargain, sell transfer and convey unto the said 
party of the second part all that tract or parcel of land lying 
and in the County of Alachua, and State of Florida and more 
particularly Known and described on the maps and public 
surveys of said State as section Thirty five (S.35) Township Nine
South (T.9.S.) Range Twenty two East (R.22E) containing six
hundred and thirty Eight 63855 acres, more or less
    To have and to hold, the above described premises, together 
with all and singular the rights and privileges immunities, 
easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise 
appertaining unto the said party of the second part, and his 
heirs, as their absolute property in fee simple forever. And the said 
parties of the first part for themselves and successors as Trustees 
as aforesaid, and for the said said Florida Railroad Company 
and for all others claiming by, through, or under them, or either 
of them, do covenant and agree, that they are seized as Trus
tees of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above premises
and that they have good right to convey the same, as they have con
veyed the same free and discharged from all encumbrances and 
liens of any and every nature and description created by themselves 
as such Trustees; and that the said party of the second part, his 
heirs and assigns, shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described 
premises against all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming under 
them or either of them.
