one of the Subscribing witnesses to the above Deed, who being by me du-
ly sworn, did depose and say, that he saw James T. Soutter and John 
McRae grantors in the foregoing Instrument, sign, seal and
deliver the same, and heard them acknowledge that they did 
execute it as their voluntary act and Deed -

       This Indenture, made and entered into on this the twelfth 
day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
and sixty seven, between James T. Soutter, and John McRae, 
Trustees, duly appointed by the Florida Rail Road Company, 
parties of the first part, and Donald L. McKay President
party of the second part, Witnesseth:  
       That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration 
of the sum of Fifty Five Dollars ($55.00) to them in hand paid 
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged, have given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold, trans
ferred; and do by these presents give, grant, aliene, bargain sell, trans
fer and convey unto the said party of the second part All 
those several tracts or parcels of land Lying and being in the Coun
ty of Alachua, State of Florida, and more particularly known 
and described on the maps and public surveys of said State, as
Section Five (S.5) containing Six Hundred and Twenty Nine (2992)
acres, more or less, Also, Section Seven (S.7) containing six
hundred and thirty six (63696) acres, more or less Also North
West quarter and South East quarter of North East quarter, and =
North West quarter and South Half of section Seventeen (S.17) con-
taining Five Hundred and sixty (560) acres, more or less. Also, Sec-
tion Nineteen S.19. containing six hundred and forty (640) acres,
more or less, = Also section Twenty Nine (S.29) containing six hun=
dred and Forty (640) acres, more or less. Also, Section Thirty one
(S.31.) Containing six hundred and fifty Three (65356) acres, more
or less, Also, section Thirty Three (S.33) containing six hundred
and eighty eight (688) acres more or less, Also, section
Thirty Five (S.35) containing six hundred and Nine three (69320)
acres more or less, All in Township South (T.8.S.) Range Twenty
