This Indenture, made and entered into on this the 
twelfth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thou-
sand eight hundred and sixty seven, between James T. 
Soutter and John McRae, Trustees, duly appointed 
by the Florida Rail Road Company, parties of the 
first part, and Thomas K. Broome party of first part
Witnesseth:  
     That the said parties of the second first part, for and 
in consideration of the sum of Three Dollars to them in hand 
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged, have given, granted, aliened, bargain=
ed, sold, transferred; and do by these presents give, grant, al=
ien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said party 
of the second part all those several tracts or parcels of land 
lying and being in the County County of Bradford, State of Flo
rida, and more particularly known and described on 
the public maps of said State, as lots one (1), Two (2), North
half of Lot six (6); North half of Lot Eight (8) & Lot Ten (10)
in Section seven (S.7.), Township seven South (T.7.S.) Range twen
ty East (R.20.E.), Containing, together, Two hundred and seventy
nine (27958) acres more or less -
    Also, in the Town of Archer, County of Alachua and
State aforesaid, Lot six (6) in Block Eighteen (B.18.) as per plat
of said Town.
    To have and to hold, the above described premises, togeth
er with all and singular the rights and privileges immunities, 
easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any 
wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part 
and his heirs, as their absolute property in fee simple for
ever, And the said parties of the first part for themselves &
their successors, as Trustees as aforesaid and for the Florida 
Rail Road Company, and for all others claiming by under
through, or under them or either of them - do covenant and 
agree, that they are seized as Trustees, of a good and indefeas
ible fee simple to the above premises, and that they have good 
right to convey the same, as they have conveyed the same, free 
and discharged from all encumbrances and Liens of any and 
every nature and description created by themselves as such 
Trustees; and That the said party of the second part, his heirs & as-
signs, shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described prem-
ises against all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming under them 
or either of them - 
     In Testimony Whereof, the said parties of the first part 
have hereunto affixed their hands and Seals, this the day
