County of Alachua} Be it Known that on this 3rd day of May
AD 1859, personally appeared before me, J. Limeburner one of the
subscribing witnesses to the above Deed, who being by me duly sworn,
did depose and say that he saw James S. Soutter and
John Mcrae grantors in the foregoing Instrument
sign, seal and deliver the same, and heard them acknow
edge that they did execute it as their voluntary act and deed -

Alachua COunty  } Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for said
County and State J.H. Roper who being duly sworn says that
he saw the forefoing deed signed sealed and delivered for the
purposes therein set forth and that he togeher with W.P.
Colclough signed the Same as subscribing witnesses
