of Deeds in the State of Maryland which are to be used or

Charles W. Brush the party grantor who is name in & who
executed the foregoing deed and acknowledged the same
to be his act and from my own knowledge I certify that
I know the said Brush to be the party therein described
and who executed the same.

 This indenture made the 25th day of Sept one thousand
eight hundred & sixty six between Geo M. Galpin and
Hannah his wife parties of the first part of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida and Philip Dell of
the County and State aforesaid of the second part.
      Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of three hundred
dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and sold
and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all and singular the following described
premises lying and being situated in the town of
Newnansville County and State aforesaid viz: part
of Lot three and Lot four block four range two
Commencing at the North East corner of said block
running south 210 feet then west 130 feet then north
210 feet then east 130 feet to the place of begin
together with all and singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging and the
