reversions remainders rents issues and profits thereof
and also all the estate right title dower, right of dower
interest claim or demand ******** of them the said
parties of the first part either in law or Equity of in or
to the above bargained premises and every part and
parcel thereof. And the said parties of the first part
will warrant the title of the above described premises
to the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever
