Bradford County  } This Indenture made this the twenty
                   second of November in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty six between H.
H. Colson of the State aforesaid party of the first part and
J.W. Duren of the same place and in the County of
Alachua party of the second part, Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of one hundred and fifty (150) dollars to him in
hand paid at and before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents by the party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained
granted sold and conveyed and by these presents doth
bargain grant sell and convey unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever, the
lot of land lying in the town of Gainesville and
County of Alachua and State aforesaid, to wit, lot 2
Block three (3) Range six (6) with all the improvements
thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining, To have
and to hold the above granted and described premises
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and 
assigns forever. I testimony whereof the said party of
the first part has hereunto set his hand and Seal
