                 Know all men by these presents that I Danl
M. Tillman of the State and County aforesaid for and in
consideration of the sum of Eight hundred dollars to me
in hand paid by John E. Tillman & Jesse L. Tillman
of the State and County aforesaid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged do hereby give grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said John E. Tillman & Jesse L.
Tillman their heirs and assigns a certain tract or 
parcel of land with the buildings thereon and all
the priveledges appurtenances to the same belonging
situated in said County and known and described as
follows to wit Lots No 2 & three (2 & 3) of section (7) seven
Township nine (9) South of Range (22) twenty two East
containing in all one hundred & six & Eight hundredth of
acres (106 8/100). To have and to hold the above granted
premises to the said John E. Tillman & Jesse L. Tillman
their heirs and assigns to their use and behoof for-
ever and I the said Danl M. Tillman Sr for myself
my heirs Executors and Administrators do covenant with
said John E. Tillman & Jesse L. Tillman their heirs and
assigns, that I am lawfully seized in fee simple
of the above granted premises. That they are free
from all incumbrances that I have good right
