and Jesse L. Tillman their heirs and assigns forever

Alachua County   } Whereas Charles W. Brush Executor of
                   the Estate of Dr N. Brush died on the
twenty second day of February Eighteen hundred and
sixty one execute and deliver to J.H. Roper of said
County & State his Bond to make titles to Lot No 28 in the
town of Gainesville Alachua County, Fla upon the
payment of the several sums of money therein specified
and whereas the J.H. Roper has paid to me the several
sums of money therein specified as the agent of the said
Charles W. Brush.
       Now therefore know all men that I M.A.
Williams as agent of Charles W. Brush and as far
as I am capable as such agent for and in
consideration of said sums of money to me paid
by the said J.H. Roper hath granted bargained
sold conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do sell convey and confirm as agent aforesaid unto
the said J.H. Roper his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns all and singular that certain piece
or parcel of land situate in the Town of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida known as Lot No 28 together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging
     Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal this the second day of Jany Eighteen hun-
