we are lawfully Seized in fee of the aforesaid premises
that they are free from all encumbrances, that we have
a good right to sell and convey the same, to the said
Walter S. Land, as aforesaid and the said John McDermott
and Mary C. McDermott his wife, our heirs Executors Adminis
=trators & assigns, will warrant & defend the aforesaid conveyed
premises to the said Walter S. Land, his heirs Executors
Administrators & assigns forever against the lawful claims or
demands of all persons - And for the consideration
aforesaid & for divers other good & valuable consideration
I, Mary C. McDermott do join my said husband in the
conveyance of the same and for the consideration aforesaid
& also for other consideration of One dollar I Mary C
McDermott, do hereby release quit claim unto the said
Walter S. Land, his heirs Executors, Administrators & assigns
all my right claim or probability of dower in and out of the
aforesaid premises - In Witness Whereof we the aid John
McDermott and Mary C. McDermott his wife have hereunto
set our hands & seals this thirtyeth day of July AD 1866
