of the sum of Nine hundred Dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have given
granted, aliened bargained, sold transfered and do
by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell
transfer and convey unto the said party of the second
part, certain parcels or tracts of land situate lying
& being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and adjacent to the town of Waldo and
described as follows, A lot of ten acres commencing
at the South East corner of the lot of land described as
the South West quarter of the North East quarter of section
twenty three in Township Eight South of Range Twenty
one East and running West ten chains - thence North
ten chains - thence East ten chains - Thence South
to place of beginning ten chains, and also another lot
of Land described as the South East quarter of the
North East quarter of section twenty three of Township Eight
South of Range twenty one East containing forty acres
more or less. Both lots making fifty acres more or less
  To have and to hold the above described premises
together with all and singular the rights an privileges
immunities, easements and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs as their absolute
property in fee simple forever. And the said Marcellus
A. Williams & his wife Emma Williams do covenant and
agree that they seized of a good and indefeasible fee
simple to the above premises and that they have
good right to convey the same as they have conveyed
the same free and discharged from all incumbrances
and liens of any and every nature and description; and
that the said party of the second part his heirs and 
assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described
premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming
the same. And that they will at any and at all times
make such further covenants, conveyances and assurances
at the expense of the said party of the second part as he
the said party of the second part heirs or assigns or counsel
learned in the law may require
