County of Nassau } And now on this the   day of July A.D. 1866
                    comes Emma Williams wife of the grantor
in the foregoing Deed who being examined before me
Felix Livingston Esq a Judicial Officer in and for the County
and State aforesaid separate and apart from her said
husband acknowledged that she executed the foregoing
Deed freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
or compulsion fear or apprehension of or from her said
husband in token whereof she doth as well the said
Emma Williams as the said Felix Livingston Esq have
hereunto affixed their hands and seals this the day
and year above written.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into
                   this fifth day of November AD Eighteen
hundred & sixty six by and between Franklin M. Seagle of 
the State and County aforesaid of the first part and Daniel
M. Finger of said State and County of the second part.
       Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the
sum of Five Dollars in hand paid to the party of the first
part by the party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged that the said party of the first
part hath granted bargained, sold and conveyed unto
the party of the second part, all that tract lot or parcel
of land lying and being in the City of Gainesville
State and County aforesaid and measuring from
East to West (381) Three hundred & Eighty one feet
and from North to South (315) Three hundred & fifteen feet
and bounded as follows on the North by Main Road
leading to the Court House Square on the East by lane
separating from Lands of Joseph Marshall and others
South by lands of the Estate of Jas B. Bailey and West
by lands of the Estate of Jas B. Bailey.
   To have and to hold the said bargained
premises unto him the said party of the second
part in fee simple and the said party of the
first part will forever warrant and defend unto the 
party of the second part, his heirs Executors admin-
istrators and assigns, the said bargained premises
