day of Aug AD 1853 Geo M. Galpin of said State and County
did make and execute to the undersigned his deed
of conveyance to part of Block three Range two in the
town of Newnansville State and County aforesaid
and that the said conveyance was executed under a
mistake between the parties and that the said party
undersigned had no right title or claim upon the aforesaid
block three range two and the said party undersigned
does hereby remit and forever disclaim any right
title or claim to the aforesaid block or lot of land
