Swann a Notary Public in and for the County of
Alachua in the State of aforesaid came Charity A. Snowden
the wife of Henry Snowden who being duly examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband
did declare that she executed the aforegoing deed
to Nannie C. Yulee for the purpose of conveying
to her & her heirs all her property & estate in the
lands therein described that she did so freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
and in testimony thereof signed and sealed in my
presence the above declaration and acknowledgement

eight hundred and sixty six Between Martha L. Finger
wife of D.M. Finger, and Francis I. Grissom wife of
J.R.W. Grissom of Alachua County and State of Florida
parties of the first part and G.H. Miller Executor of the
Estate of John L. Young deceased of Fairfield District
and State of South Carolina party of the second
   Witnesseth that for and in behalf of the Estate
of the Estate of John L. Young the said deceased the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of three hundred and ten dollars
($310.00) in Specie or its equivalent in currency to
them duly paid has and by these presents does
grant sell and convey unto the said party of the 
second part all that certain piece or parcel of land
