Swann a Notary Public in and for the County of
Alachua in the State of aforesaid came Charity A. Snowden
the wife of Henry Snowden who being duly examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband
did declare that she executed the aforegoing deed
to Nannie C. Yulee for the purpose of conveying
to her & her heirs all her property & estate in the
lands therein described that she did so freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
and in testimony thereof signed and sealed in my
presence the above declaration and acknowledgement
