                  This Indenture entered into on this
the       day of        1864 between Mrs       Bailey
wife of James Bailey deceased of the first part
and Thomas Patterson of the second part,
Witnesseth for and in consideration of Two
hundred Dollars the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has this day bargained and Sold
to the said Thomas Patterson the lot or peice of Land
lying immediately South of the one he now have a title
for made by James B. Bailey containing on & half acre
more or less lying and being in Section five Township
ten Range twenty County and State aforesaid Arradonda
Grant, To have and to hold to the said Thomas
Patterson his heirs Executors administrators and
assigns forever, and the said        Bailey does
further covenant with the said Thomas Patterson
that he is lawfully Seized of the above described
Lot of land that he has good right to
Sell the same and does hereby warrant and
defend the said Thomas Patterson in the peaceable
possession of the same against the legal claims of all
persons whomsoever
