Alachua County   } This Indenture made this fifteenth day of
                   April in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and sixty four between Stephen McCall and
his wife Priscilla McCall of the State and County aforesaid
of the first part & K.D. Smith of the same place of the second
part, Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Eight hundred Dollars
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at and before the sealing and delivery of these 
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
doth bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the
second part all that certain tract or parcel of land situ-
ated lying and being in the State and County first
written and known in the United States Land office as
the SW1/4 of the NE1/4 and SE1/4 of the NW1/4 & NE1/4 of
SW1/4 & NW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section Eight in Township nine
south of Range eighteen East and containing one hundred
and sixty 80/100 acres according to the official plat
of said township.  To have and to hold unto him the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
all and singular the said premises with the appurtenances
and said parties of the first part do hereby covenant
and agree to warrant and defend unto the said party
of the second part his heirs executors administrators
and assigns all and singular said bargained premises
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appurtaining forever by these presents

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I
                   Priscilla McCall wife of Stephen McCall the
grantor of the foregoing Deed do hereby acknowledge that
I signed said deed freely and of my own accord with
out fear or apprehension or constraint from my said
husband for the purpose of releasing and relinquishing
all my Dower and right of Dower in and to the premises
in said deed mentioned
