                       This Indenture, made and entered into on this the twelfth day of June
                       in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred & Sixty Seven, between
                       James T. Soutter and John McRae Trustees duly appointed by the Florida
                       Rail Road Company parties of the first part, and J.S. Riggs party of the
                       Second part.  Witnesseth,
                          That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
                       of the Sum of Twenty two dollars, to them in hand paid by the Said
                       party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
                       given, granted, aliened, sold, transferred, and do by these presents give,
                       grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer and Convey unto the said party
                       of the second part, All of those several tracts or parcels of Land lying
                       and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida, and known
                       more particularly, and described on the maps and public surveys
                       of said State, as Lots, one, Two, Three, Four & Six (1,2,3,4,6)
                       of Section One (S.1) Township Nine (9 South) Range twenty East
                       (20E) Containing One hundred & Ninety Two (19262) Acres more or less
                       Also in Township Nine South (T.9,S) Range Seventeen East (R.17.E)
                       Section Seven (S.7) Containing Six Hundred & forty 48 (64048) Acres
                       more or less. Also Section Seventeen (S.17), containing Six Hundred & thirty
                       four (63456) Acres more or less. Also Section Twenty Nine (S.29)
                       Containing Six hundred & thirty Seven (63728) Acres more or less,
                       Also in the Town of Waldo, County & State aforesaid Lots Three (3)
                       and Four (4) in Block eight (8) and all of fractional Block
                       number twenty five (25). Also in the Town of Archer County and
                       State aforesaid Lot one (1) in Block Six (6)
                           To Have and to Hold, the above described premises together
                       with all and Singular the rights and privileges, immunities, easements
                       and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining unto
                       the said party of the Second part, and his heirs as their absolute
                       property in fee Simple forever. And the said parties of the first part
                       for themselves and successors, as Trustees as aforesaid, and for the said
                       Florida Rail Road Company, and for all others claiming by, through
                       or under them, or either of them, do covenant and agree, that they
                       are Seized as Trustees, of a good and indefeasible fee Simple to
                       the above premises. And that they have good right to Convey the
                       Same, as the have conveyed the same, free and discharged from
                       all encumberances and liens, of any and every nature and description
                       created by themselves as such Trustees, and that the the said party
                       of the second part, his heirs and assigns, shall quietly and peac
---------------------- -ably enjoy the above described premises, against all persons whatsoever
  U.S.I.R.             lawfully Claiming under them or either of them.
