in fee simple and the said party of the first party
for herself, her executors administrators heirs and assigns
shall and will said bargaineed premises with the rights
members and appurtenances unto the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining forever warrant and the right and title
then to defend from and against, her and themselves to the
said party of the second part and against the claim of
all persons whatever. In witness whereof the said party of
