                       This Indenture made the 29th day of
                  November AD 1869 between John B. Coker and
                  Delia A. Coker, his wife, of Alachua County Florida
                  of the first part and John D. Young of the same
                  State and County of the second part, Witnesseth;
                  That the said parties of the first part for and in
                  consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Dollars
                  to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
                  part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;
                  have bargained and sold and by these presents do
                  bargain and sell unto the said party of the second
                  part, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
                  forever, all those certain pieces or parcels of land
                  lying and being situate in Alachua County Florida
                  and known and described on the Land Office Maps
                  of said County as follows, to wit; The South half of
                  Lot number (4) four and the whole of Lot number
                  three (3)- The South East quarter of the South West
                  quarter and the whole of the South East Quarter of
                  Section One (1) and the North East quarter of
                  Section twelve (12)- In Township Eight (8) South
                  Range Eighteen (18) East- And the South half of
                  Lot number four (4) in Section Six (6) Township
                  Eight South, Range Nineteen (19) East, containing
                  in all five hundred and twenty (520) acres more
                  or less - Together with all and singular the heredit=
                  aments and appurtenances, thereunto belonging or in
                  any wise appurtaining, and the reversion and reversions
                  remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits
                  thereof; and also all the estate, right, title, interest
                  claim or demand whatsoever of them the said
                  parties of the first part, either in law or equity, of, in,
                  and to, the above bargained premises, and every part
                  and parcel thereof; To have and to hold to the said
                  party of the second part, his heirs, executors, administrators
                  and assigns, to his and their sole and only proper use
                  benefit and behoof forever.-
                      And the said parties of the first part shall
                  and will by these presents warrant and forever
                  defend the title of the party of the second part in and
                  to the above bargained premises and to every part and
                  parcel thereof, against themselves their heirs, executors
                  administrators, and all other persons whomsoever
                        In witness whereof the said parties of the first part
                  have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
                  the day and year above written
