                 Before me Edward L. Young a Justice of
the Peace in and for said County personally came Delia
A. Coker, wife of John B. Coker who being examined sep-
arately and apart from her said husband, says upon oath
that she signed and executed the foregoing deed, freely and
of her own accord and without any fear or compulsion
on the part of her said husband and for the objects and
purposes therein mentioned

McLeod who being duly sworn says upon oath that he saw
John B. Coker and Delia A. Coker sign and seal the foregoing
deed for the uses and purposes therein set forth, and that he
and William C. Darden together signed the same as witnesses

  To Hon Wm Edwards Judge of the County Court
in and for the County of Alachua Whereas by an order
issuing out of your Hon Court dated the 15th day of October
1869 and dated to Stephen F. Harvard Stephen C. Bevel
and P. Shemwell Commanding them to go to enter upon
walk over and survey Section sixteen Township nine
Range nineteen (Arredondo Grant of the lands of the
Estate of Charles C. Stewart of same County deceased
and accordingly the best of the skill and knowledge
and Judgement to partition said land and set asside
the Share of Susan McDonald one of the heirs at law
of the said Charles C. Stewart deceased and the same to
distinguish by metes and bounds Now there fore in pursuance 
of said order of Commission You Commissioners would 
respectfully submit and return that they have performed
said duty and would upon that after a careful survey
