of the lands in question and mature deliberation of
of all the facts and circumstances connected that
they divide set aside and allot one third 1/3 of said
lands the other two thirds of said land to Charles &
Geo Suart Minor heirs of said Charles C. Stuart to be
hold in common by the said Charles & George Stuart
until further ordered and directed by your Honerable 
Court or any Court having Jurisdiction of the said subject
motion That is to say the aforesaid Commissioners under
and by virtue of the Power in them vested have set
aside and allotted to the said Susan McDonald the
East third of said section of land containing by
estimation two hundred and thirteen 1/2 acres more or
less to hold the same in severally and in for according
to her will and pleasure The remaining two thirds
containing by estimation four hundred and twenty
six 2/3 acres more or less to be held in common by the
said Charles & George Stuart Miner hears aforesaid
to abide further order action in the premises -

                     November AD 1869
upon reading and carefully considering the foregoing
report and there being no objection or exception
filed to the same it is ordered as decreed that
said report be made final and absolute and it
is further ordered & decreed that the title of the
several parcels of land of the premises alloted to
them respectably should rest in the respective parties
and that each of the said parties shall have the
posesion and quite title to them respective should as
set aside and allotted by the said Commissioners
and that the said Susan McDonald shall have
and hold in fee simple the East Third of said
section of land to wit Section sixteen Township
nine Range nineteen of the lands of the Estate
of the said Charles C. Stuart deceased containing
by estimation two hundred and thirteen 1/3 acres more
or less and it is further ordered that this deed
and report be recorded in the proper Book of Record
kept in the Clerks office for the County of Alachua
