This Indenture made the First day of December in
the year One thousand eight hundred and
sixty nine Between Catherine F. Freadenburg wife
of Abraham Freadenburg and Abraham Fredenburg
her husband now of the City County and State of
New York of the first part and Henry Fredenburg
of the second part of the same place of the
second part Witnesseth That the said parties 
of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Nineteen hundred and fifty dollars $1950)
