                          By this Publick Instrument Bet it
             Remembered that on this Third day of December
AD One thousand eight hundred and fifty Sixty nine
before me the subscriber Joseph B. Norriss a Commissioner
for the State of New York appointed by the Governor of
the State of Florida to take proof and acknowledgment
of Deed Mortgages Letters of Attorney or any other Instrument
to be used or recorded in the said State of Florida
and to administer oaths and affirmations take
depositions &c &c Appeared Abraham Fredenburg and
Catherine F. - his wife the persons described in
and who executed the annexed instrument between them
as one of the parties thereto and Henry Fredenburg
the other party thereto and acknowledged to me
that they severaly executed the said instruments voluntary
and freely for the uses and purposes therein stated
And the said Catherine F. Wife of the said Abraham 
Fredenburg on being by me made fully acquainted 
with the contents of said annexed instruments and 
on examination by me privately separate and apart
from her said husband acknowledges to me on
such private examination as aforesaid that she
executed the said instrument voluntarily and freely
without any fear coercion or compulsion of her
                      other
said husband or of anny person or persons whatsoever
  And I, further certify that I know the persons
who made the said acknowledgement to be the
identical persons described in and who executed
the said annexed instrument
