This Indenture made and entered into on this the twelfth day
of June, in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and six-
ty seven, between James F. Soutter, and John W. McRae duly ap-
pointed by the Florida Rail Road, parties of the first part,
and John S. Hutton Trustee for wife party of the second part
witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consider=
ation of the sum of Fifteen Dollars to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have given, granted, aliened, bargained,
sold, transferred, and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bar=
gain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part all
those several tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the County
of Levy, State of Florida, and now particularly known and de=
scribed on the maps of public surveys of said State, as the East
half of the South East quarter, and East half of North East
quarter of section Twenty one (S.21.) Township twelve south (T.12.S.)
Range Thirteen East (R.13.E.), containing one hundred and
sixty (160) acres, more or less
Also, in the town of Baldwin, County of Duval & State aforesaid,
Lots One and Five (1&5) in Block Eleven (B.11.): Lot Two (2) in Block
Twelve (B,12.); Lot Two (2) in Block Thirteen (B.13.) and lot six (6) in
Block twenty (B.20)
Also, in the Town of Waldo, County of Alachua & State aforesaid,
Lots, Six (6), Seven (7) & Eight (8) in Block Three (B.3.), Also Lots one (1),
Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Five (B.5) and Lot six (6) in Block
Nine (B.9),
Also in the Town of Archer, County last named, Lots one
(1), Two (2), three (3) & four (4) in Block Four (B4) and Lots five (5) &
six (6) in Block seven -
To have and to hold, the above described premises
together with all and singular the rights and privileges im=
munties, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in
any wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs, as their absolute property in fee simple forever, and
the said parties of the first part for themselves and successors,
as Trustees as aforesaid, and for the said Florida Rail Road Com
