This Indenture made and entered into on this the
twelfth day of June in the year of our Lord One
thousand eight hundred and sixty nine between
James T. Soutter and John McRae Trustees duly
appointed by the Florida Rail Road Company
parties of the first part and S.F. Butterworth party
of the second part Witnesseth That the said parties
of the first for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is here by
                            aliened
acknowledged have given granted bargined sold
transferred and do by these presents give grant
alien bargin sell transfer and convey unto the
said party of the second part all that certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being in
the County of Alachua State of Florida and
now particularly known and described on the
public maps of said State as Lot number
Five (5) Section One (S1) Township Nine South
(T9S) Range Twenty Two East (R22E) containing
Fifty one (51 80/) acres more or less To have and
to hold the above described premises together
with all and singular the rights and privileges
immunintes easements and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs
as their absolute property in fee Simple forever
And the said parties of the first part for
themselves and successors as Trustees a aforesaid
and for the said Florida Rail Road Company
and for all others claiming by through or under
them or either of them do covenant and agree
that they are seized as Trustees of a good and 
indefeasible fee simple to the above premises and
that they have good right to convey the same as
they have conveyed the same free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and
every nature and description created by themselves
as such Trustees and that the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above
described premises against all persons whatsoever
lawfully claiming under them or either of them
