                  Be it known that on this 21st day of May
                 AD 1869 personally appeared before me J.L. Limeberger
one of the subscribing witnesses to the above Deed who being
by me duly sworn did depose and say that he saw James =
T. Soutter and John McRae grantors in the foregoing
Instrument sign seal and deliver the same and herd
them acknowledge that they did execute it as their voluntary
act and deed

                  Know all men by these presents that Thomas
Stewart of the first part for and in consideration of natural
love and affection which he has and bears for his wife Olivia
Clara Stewart of the second part as well as for and in
consideration of the sum of tin dollars in hand paid by
Joseph G. Little party of the third part the receipts whereof
is hereby acknowledged all the parties of the State
and County aforesaid Hath bargined sold & conveyed 
and do hereby bargin sell and convey unto the said party
of the second part the following described property (to
wit) one roan horse a bout eight years of age one sorrel mule
and also one bay mule aged about eighteen years
respectively To have to hold the said bargined property in
trust nevertheless for the use benefit and behoof of the
said Olivia Clara Stewart for and during the natural
benefit of the said Olivia Clara Stewart (free from the
debts liabilities and control of her present and future
husband and at the death of the said Olivia Clara Stuart
to pass to pass to her children for their benefit and in fee
simple In Witness whereof the party of the first part
hath herewith set his hand and affixed his seal this
18th day of November AD 1869
