Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Two
hundred and fifty Dollars to the party of the first part in hand
paid at the time of Executing this Indenture the Receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged the said party of the first part hath
bargained and sold and doth hereby bargain sell
and convey unto the said party of the second all
the right title and Interest of the said Robert A. Child
Decd in to or out of all that certain tract or
parcel of land lying in the Village of Micanopy
County of Alachua and State of Florida and known
and described begining at a stake in the street
at the corner of the lot now owned and recently occupied
by F.C. Johnston and runing thence South allong the line
of said Lot to the line of Lands formerly owned by the
Estate of John H. Cosby Esq and thence West along said
lands so far as to include the area of Ten acres to
have and to hold the above described and granted
premises and all the rights improvements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining to the only use benefit and behoof of the
said party of the second part his heirs Executors
and assigns in fee simple forever in testimony
whereof the said party hath hereunto set his hand
and seal as Administrator aforesaid on the
day and year first above written

William Edwards one of the subscribing witnesses
