Know all men by these presents that I, Mary A. Mason the
wife of James Mason the Grantor of the foregoing Deed
for the conveyance of Real Estate for and in consideration
of the sum therein mentioned the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presence do renounce release relinquish unto
the said James T. Thomas all my right claim or
equity of Dower in and to the premises said Deed
conveys as fully and absolutely as I might or could
in any way do the same in Witness Whereof I have hereunto

Granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do give grant bargain sell and convey unto Musco  =

Hundred Acres and in section Twenty seven Township No
Nine and bounded by lands subject to sale at Newnansville
Florida on the East and Louis Flord on the South and the
said Musco Boulwar on the North Together with all and singular
the rights members hereditaments and appurtenances to the said land
belonging or in any wise ******* or appertaining To have and
To hold all the said land unto the said Musco Boulwar
his heirs and assigns forever And I do hereby bind myself
my heirs executors and Administrators to warrant and
