Range Twenty tow (22) containing Five hundred & ninety six
acres 78/100 of a acres more or less (59 (88/100) Excepted from the
above transfer - are five (5) acres = of land more or less upon
which is situated the family or estate Mills with all
appurtenances thereunto annexed which five acres situated
lying in Range Twenty tow (22) section twenty tow (22) & our (9)
nine which will lot mill & appurtinances & remain as hitherto
the undivided property of all the claimants with all &
singular the hereditaments & appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining to have & to hold the above
released premises to the said Musco Boulwar his heirs
& assigns to his & their use & behoof forever
And with said William R. Lewis & Johana P. Lewis
for ourselves our heirs executors & administrators do
covenant with the said Musco Boulwar his heirs and 
assigns that the above granted premises & free from
all encumbrances made or suffered by us that we
will & our heirs Executors & administrators shall
warrant and Defend the same to the said Musco
Boulware his heirs & assigns forever again the lawful claim
& demands of all persons claiming by through or under us
And I Johana P. Lewis wife of William R. Lewis aforesaid
in consideration of the sum of ten dollars to aforesaid
me in hand paid the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge
do hereby release to the said Musco Boulware his heirs &
assigns all my right title & interest to or in any
dower in the aforesaid premises
     In Witness whereof we the said William R. Lewis
& Johana P. Lewis his wife has hereunto set our hands
& seals this the 27th day of November AD 1869.

Alachaua County  } Before the subscriber in and for said
                   County personally appeared the afore
named William R. Lewis & Johana P. Lewis his wife
with in due form of law acknowledged the above indenture
to be their act & deed & desire that the same might be recorded
as such The said Johana being of full age & by me
examined separate & apart from her said husband & the contents
