Alachaua County      } Know all men by
                      these presents that
we Julius A. Turnipseed of the County and
State aforesaid with George M. Cants of Fairfield
District in the State of South Carolina in
consideration of the sun of Ten Thousand
Three Hundred and Twenty dollars to us secured
to be paid by Musco Bowlwar of the County
and State first aforesaid have given granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these
do give grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said Moses Bowlware the following
tracts or parcels of land situate lying and 
being in the County and State first aforesaid
and known and described as follows to wit
