Know all me by these presence that I Sarah =
McCants wife of George McCants do here by
relinquish my right of dower in all the tract
of land by the annexed Deed conveyed Turnip=
seed and the said Geo McCants to Moses =

I Sarah McCants do hereby acknowledge
that the above relinquishment of dower
was made freely and voluntarily without
any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from my husband the said Geo=
McCants

=ized Judge of the Court aforesaid

Court of Common Pleas for the State aforesaid do
certify that the above acknowledgement by Sarah H =
McCants was made in my presence at
Fairfield Court House in the district and State

of said Court for Fairfield Disct and that
the same is a Court of record
