Alachaua County  } This Indenture made this 20th day of
                  January in the year of Our lord Eighteen
hundred & Sixty nine between Ms Emma McKinstry James
F. McKinstry Ms Emma Robertson and William H. Robertson
in right of his wife of the County and State aforesaid
of the first part and Ooscr A. Myar of the same County
and State of the second part Witnesseth That for
and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars to
the said parties of the first part in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the further consideration
of valuable professional services as attorneys rendered by the said
party of the second part for & in behalf of the said parties
of the first part the said parties of the first part have
granted bargained sold and enfeoffed and by these
presence do grant bargain sell and enfeoff unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns and
undivided half interest use and possession in and to the
following described parcel of ground or lot to wit Block
tow (2) Range Five (5) lying and being in the town of
Gainesville Florida and parcel of the town lots of
said Town according to the map survey and map
thereof To have to hold the said premises together
with a half interest in the tenements hereditaments and
appurtinances thereto belonging unto the said party of
the second part and his heirs and assigns in fee
simple In testimony witness whereof we hereto set our
