                   This Indenture made this first day of March
                   A.D. 1869 by Geo L. Barnes Sheriff of Said
County of the first part and Tallulah A. Olmstead of Said
County and State of the Second part whereas by virtue of a 
writ Fiere Facias issued out of the Circuit Court of Alachua
County and to the said Sheriff delivered he was commanded that
of the goods and chattles Lands and and tenements of Edguin
S. Gunnell he cause to be made the sum of Three Hundred
Seventy seven 07/100 Dollars with Interest thereon and cost of said
suit which Eliza M. Stewart admnx lately recorded in
the Circuit Court of Alachua County against the said 
Edguin S. Gunnell and whereas the said Sheriff by
virtue of said writ did on the fourth day of January
AD 1869 levy upon and seize the property hereinafter
described and did by virtue of said writ and
pursuant to the Statute in such case made and provided
did duly advertise the said property for sale on the first
day of March AD 1869 being the **** date of these
presents and did on this day sell the same at public auction
according to law to the said Tallulah A. Olmstead for the Sum
of                                                       being the
  highest sum bid for the same. Now therefore know ye that
