I the said Geo L. Barnes as said Sheriff by
virtue of said writ and off the statutes in
such case made and provided in consideration
of the said sum of
Dollars to me paid by the party of the second
part have granted bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns
forever all the following property to wit Lots No 1
& 2 one and two in Block Four (4) Range Three
(3) situated in the Town of Newnansville County of
Alachaua State of Florida - together with all the
rights titles interest and appurtinances which the
said Edguin S. Gunnell had in said property
and the same to hold as fully as I, the said
Sheriff aforesaid under said writ might
could or ought to sell the same
