and whereas I the said Administratrix having
given public notice of the intended sale did
on the 8th day of March AD 1869 persuant to the
license and notice aforesaid by public auction
the real estate of said Decd hereinafter discribed
to Tallulah A. Olmstead of the County and State
aforesaid for the sum of Thirty Five Dollars being
the highest bidder therefor Now therefore I, Mary M.
Dell admix by virtue of the power in me
vested and in consideration of the sum of
Thirty Five Dollars to me paid by the said
Tallulah A. Olmstead do hereby grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Tallulah A. Olmstead
her heirs and assigns the following tract or parcel
of land lying and being situated in the Town
of Newnansville County & State aforesaid &
described as folows lot No Six Block No four
Range No four containing one half acre
To have & to hold the above granted premises
to the said Tallulah A. Olmstead her heirs and
assigns to her & their use and behoof forever
and I, the said Mary M. Dell Admix do hereby covenant with the
said Talulah A. Olmstead that all the requirements of the law in such
cases have bin complied with In Witness whereof I, the said Mary
M. Dell Admix have hereunto set my hand and seal this eight
day of March one thousand eight hundred & sixty nine

of the estate of Valentine R. Prevatt late of said County deceased
of the first part and James M. Sparkman of said State and
County of the second part Witnesseth That for and in consideration
of the sum of Five hundred dollars paid by the party of the
second part to the party of the first part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged the said party of the first part in
accordance and pursuant to an order issuing out of the
Probate Court of said County has bargained sold aliened and
conveyed unto the said party of the second part he being the
highest bidder at public out cry at the sale of said lands
and by these presents doth bargain sell alien and convey unto
the said party of the second part his heirs Executors and
Administrators all the following described lands situated in
