Town lot now owned by the M.E. Church in Micanopy & on
         which is the house of worship of Said Church Said
         lot of One acre is Situated on the road which runs East
         & West through the Southern end of the publick Square
         in the village of Micanopy in the County of Alachua
         & State of Florida To Have and to Hold the above
         described and conveyed premises together with all and Sin=
         gular the houses buildings improvements and appurtenances
         to the Said parties of the Second part and to their Suc=
         cessors in Office in perpiuty in Fee Simple forever And
         the parties of the first part for themselves their heirs and
         assigns covenant and agree with the parties of the Second
         part that they are Seized in fee of the premises afore=
         said that they are free from all encumbrances that
         they have good right to sell and convey the Same
         to the parties of the Second part and that they will
         and their heirs Executors or Administrators Shall warrant
         and defend the same to the parties of the Second
         part and their Successors in Office forever against
         the lawful claim and demand of all persons
            In testimony whereof the said parties of the first
         part have hereunto Set their hands and affixed
         their seals on the day and the year first above writen

         that I Sarah E. Freyer wife of Francis L. Freyer of
         my own free will and accord without any Compulsion
         apprehension constraint or fear of any or from my
         Said husband became a party to the foregoing Indenture
         for the purposes of Extinguishing all my right of Dower
         in and to the certain town lot therein & hereby conveyed
         to the parties as aforesaid
         In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
         and affixed my Seal this 30th day of November
