                  This Indenture made and entered into this the
thirteenth day of November In the year of our lord Eighteen hundred
and Sixty nine by and between James M. Sparkman of the County
of Alachaua and the State of Florida of the first part and
Huldah Prevatt of the same County and State of the second
part
       Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the Five
hundred dollars lawful money of the United States paid in
hand by the said party of the Second unto the said party of
the first part before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by the said party of
the first part the party of the first ath aliened sold conveyed
and does by these presents alien sell and convey in fee Simple
unto the said party of the second part her heirs administrators
and assigns all that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and situated in the County of Alachaua and
State of Florida and more particularly described as follows

quarter of North West quarter Section Seven (7) and East half
of South East quarter of Section Six (6) and North quarter
of South West quarter Section five (5) in Township Seven (7)
South of Range Twenty two (22) East containing Two hundred
and forty two and fifty nine hundredths acres (242 59/100) also
North East quarter of North West quarter Section Seven (7)
Township Seven (7) South of Range Twenty two (22) East
containing Forty (40) acres more or less Also North West
