This indenture made and entered into on this the 19th day of
December AD One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty nine
between W.C. Beckham and his wife Manta E. Beckham parties of 
the first part and and Geo W. Sparkman party of the second
part
  Witnesseth
           That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Thirteen hundred and Seventy five Dollars
to them in hand paid by the said parties of the second part the
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened bargained
sold transfered and do by these presence give grant alien bargain
sell transfer and convey unto the party of the second part Lot
numbers three and four of Section Nineteen of Township nine
South of Range Twenty two East containing One hundred and
Ten acres more or less
To have and to hold the above described premises to gether
with all and singular the rights and privileges communities
Easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appur
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs as their absolute
property in fee Simple for ever and the said parties for the first part
for themselves and for all others claiming by through or under them
or either of them do covenant and agree that they are seized
of a good right to convey the same as they have conveyed the
same for and discharged from all encumbrances and liens
of any and every nature nature and description and that
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall
quietly and peaceably Enjoy the above described premises against
all persons what so ever Lawfully claiming the same

                  Before the subscriber and Justice of
the peace in and for said County personally came W.C. Beckham
and his wife M.E. Beckham severally acknowledged that they
signed the fore going for the purpose there in contained
and the said Mrs M.E. Beckham being examined
separate and a part from her husband declares that she
signed the same freely and voluntarily and without or
compulsion of her said husband
