State of Florida } Memorandum. An agreement, made and
Alachaua County } entered into this December 25th 1869 between
David Black of said State and S.C. Clyburn of
Said State and County. Witnesseth that the Said Black, for and in
consideration of one fourth of all the corn fodder Cotton & Cain
5cts U.S. raised on the premises hereinafter described, agree to rent and
Internal R by these presents, do rent unto the said S.C. Clyburn, all that
Cancelled place lying and being Situate on orange lake the Same as
~~~~~~~~~~~ purchased by the said Black from George Gilbert for and
during the year 1870.
The Said one fourth of the Said Crop
to be paid when the Same is gathered & housed The Sum
to be divided on the premises In Witness Whereof we have
hereunto Set our hands and Seals this the date & day above
