this day bargained and sold and by the presents
do bargain and sell to the party of the second part
the following lot or parcle of land to wit Beginning
at the South east corner of the town of Gainesville
and running East two hundred and twenty yards
to a stake thence North one hundred yards to
a stake thence West two hundred and twenty
yards more or less to the Eastern boundry of the said
town of Gainesville thence South along said boundry
to the point of beginning - To have and to hold with
all the appurtenances there unto belonging to the
said Barbara Dinkins her heirs Executors Administrators
or assigns forever said lot Known as Lot number
seven (No 7) East Range twenty (20) Aradondo
Grant - four (4) Township ten (10) Gainesville =
and lying and being in Section four (4) Township
ten (10) Range twenty (20) Aradondo Grant
and the said parties of the first part do further
covenant with the party of the first part that they
are lawfully seized of, the above described lot of
land containing four and one half acres 4 1/2
more or less that they have good right to sell
the same and they will warrant and Defend
the said party of the second part in the pea
cable possession of the same against the legal claims
of all persons whomsoever To all which was of
the first part do by their presence firmly bind ourselves
and heirs executors an assigns forever
