Be it known that on this 31st
day of May AD 1869 personally appeared before me
J. Limeburner one of the subscribing witnesses to the
above deed, who being by me duly sworn, did depose
and say, that he saw James T. Soutter and John McRae
Grantors in the foregoing Instrument, sign, seal and
deliver the same, and heard them acknowledge that
they did execute it as their voluntary act and deed.

This Indenture, made and entered into this the twelfth day
of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and sixty seven, between James T. Soutter, and John McRae
Trustees, duly appointed by the Florida Rail Road Company, par-
ties of the first part, and Augustus O. Bacon party of the sec=
ond part witnesseth=
That the said parties of the first part for and in consider
of the sum of Seven Dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold, transferred; and do by
these presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey un
to the said party of the second part all those several tracts or
parcels of land lying and being in the County of Nassau,
State of Florida, and more particularly known and described
on the maps of the public surveys of said State, as the South
Half; North east quarter; & South half of North West quarter
of section twenty one (S.21.), Township Three North (T.3.N.) Range
Twenty Four East (R.24,E,), containing Five hundred & sixty five
(565 07/00) acres, more or less.
Also, in the County of Duval, State aforesaid, the south east
quarter (SE1/4) of South East quarter (SE1/4) of North West quarter (NW
1/4) of Section Twenty six (S.26), Township Two south (T.2.S.), Range
Twenty three East (R.23.E), containing Ten (10) acres more or
less. Also, in the Town of Baldwin, County aforesaid, Lot
three (3) in Block Twenty (20) and Lot two (2) in Block Twenty four
(24).
Also in the Town of Archer, County of Alachua and
State aforesaid, Lot seven (7) in Block seven (7),
Also in the Town of Waldo, County last named
Lot Four (4) in Block Five (5).
To have and to hold, the above described premises, to parties
with all and singular the rights and privileges immuni
ties, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in
