Alachaua County  } Geo L. Barnes Sheriff of said County
and State to all to whom these presents shall come greeting
Whereas by a writ of fieri facias to the said Sheriff
directed bearing date the fourteenth day of October AD
Eighteen Hundred and Sixty one he was commanded
that of the goods & chattles lands & tenements of John =
C. Pelote and James G. Cooper, in his the said County he
should cause to be levied & made the sum of Two Hundred
and Seventy Nine Dollars debt or damages and $10.00 the cost
of suit and that he should have those moneys before the
Circuit Court in and for said County to render unto
Elliza M. Stuart                            for her
debt and damages aforesaid and that he the Sheriff
aforesaid should, have, then and there this writ In
pursuance, whereof, he the said Sheriff having given
due and legal notice of the time and place of sale
as by the Statutes of said State is provided did on
the fifteenth day October and the sixth day of December
AD, Eighteen Hundred and Sixty nine levy upon and
expose to sale by public vendue or outcry before the
Court House Door in the town of Gainesville in said 
County and State the following described property
as the property of the said John C. Pelote & James =
G. Cooper to Wit all, that certain piece of land
situate in said County and State and known on the
U.S. Survey or maps as the North half of Section
Eleven (11) and the North half of and the South East
quarter of Section Twelve (12) Township Seven (7) Range
Eighteen (18) South & East containing eight hundred
Acres more or less and did then and there sell the said
described premises to Eliza M. Stuart the Plaintiff in
said Execution for the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
She beang the highest bidder and that the best price
bidder for the same. Now, Know Ye that the said Sheriff
for and In consideration of the Sum afforesaid
sum of Five Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid
by the said Eliza M. Stuart at and before the sealing
and delivery hereof the receipt whereof he doth hereby
acknowledge hath granted bargained & sold
and by these presence in Compliance with and
by force and virtue of said Writ of fieri facias 
& publick sell unto the said Eliza M. Stuart her
heirs and assigns all that said messuage situate
in the County of Alachaua and State of Florida
and known on the United State Surveys or maps as
the North half of Section eleven (11) and the North half
of and the South East quarter of Section twelve (12)
Township seven (7) Range eighteen (18) South & East
