containing Eight Hundred acres more or less above described
         together with all and singular the buildings improvements rights
         members and appurtinances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or, in any
         wise appertaining and the reversion, and remainders, rents issues and 
         profits thereof and also, all the right tile interest property estate claim
         and demand what soever, of, them the said John C. Pelot and James
         G. Cooper, of, in to, or out of the same. To have and to hold the said mesuages
         and tract of land have ***aments and premises hereby granted or mentioned 
         with the appurtenances unto the said Eliza M. Stuart her heirs and
         assigns to her and their only proper use and behoof forever, In witness

         Know all men by these presence That the Trustees of the Internal
         Improvement Fund under an Act of the General Assembly of the
         State of Florida, entitled An Act to provided for and encourage
         a liberal System of Internal Improvements Fund in this State
         approved, January 6th 1855 for and in consideration of the sum
         of Seventy five cents per acre to them in hand paid by James
         Hobkirk of the County of Alachaua State of Florida have
         granted bargained and sold and State of Florida do by these presence
         Grant Bargain Sell and convey unto the said James Hobs and 
         his heirs and assigns forever, the following described Lands to Wit
         The North East Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section
