Fourteen and the North West quarter of the North
East quarter and the North East quarter of the
North West quarter of Section Fifteen in Township
Eleven South of Range Fourteen East,
containing One Hundred and twenty 09/100 Acres
and lying and being in the County of Alachua
in said State of Florida
     To have and to Hold, Unto, the said James
Hobkirk, and his heirs and assigns forever, in fee
Simple
     In testimony whereof Said Trustees have
hereto subscribed their names and affixed their Seals
and have caused an empression of the Seal of The
Florida State Lands Office to be made hereunto as
the Capitol in the City of Tallahassee on this the 18th
day of August A.D. eighteen hundred and Sixty two

County of Alachua
State of Florida
                 This Indenture made this the 6*th day of
December A.D. 1869 by George L. Barnes Sheriff of Said
County, of the first part, and, James Kennard of the
County of Alachua of the second part Whereas
by virtue of Sundry writs of Fieri facias issued out
of the Circuit Court of Alachua County and to
the Said Sheriff delivered, he was commanded That of
the goods and chattles lands and tenements of J.W.
Standley be caused to be made the Sum of Six hundred
Forty 41/100 Dollars which Wilson Dell & Co latter
recorded in our Circuit Court for Said County
the day of the date of these presents and did on
this day sell the Same at Public auction according
to law to the said James Kennard of the County
of Alachua for the Sum of One hundred
Seventy 50/100 dollars, being the highest bidder of the Same
Now, therefore know ye that I the said George L.
Barnes as said Sheriff by virtue of the said writs
in such cases made and provided and in consideration
