of the said sum of One hundred Seventy 50/100 Dollars to me paid
by the party of the Second part, have, granted sold and by these
presents do grant, bargain and, sell unto the said party of the
Second part his heirs and, assigns, forever, all the following
property, to wit Three Hundred and Forty acres of land more
or less, Known as the Wallins Point tract lying and being in the
County of Alachua, State aforesaid together with all the right
titles and Interest of which the Said James M. Standley had in
the said property jointly and severally And the same to hold
as fully as I, the Said Sheriff as aforesaid under said writs
might could or ought to Sell and convey the same.

                  Witness Miss Eliza M. Stewart of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida is a planter engaged in
the Cultivation and Production of Cotton and provisions and
finds herself unable successfully to Carry on the same without
aid and assistance and whereas M*** Clayhorn and
Cuningham partners using the name Style and firm
above mentioned of       County and State of Georgia
have consented to make advance to the said Ms Eliza
M. Stuart for the purpose of enabling her to Continue and
Complete the Culture and Production of the Crops aforesaid
and prepare the same for market
    Now this indenture made and entered into this
1st day of Januy (1870) in the year of our Lord One
