me by the said parties of the second part on or before the first

Alachaua County  } This Indenture made, on the Twenty fourth day of
                 October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred
                  & Sixty Eight between George S. Riggs & Martha W. Riggs his wife
         of the first part and Joshua L. McGahagin as Administrator
         with the Will annexed of Wilbur F. Leitner Deceased of the Second
         part Witnesseth Hath for and in consideration of the sum of
         One Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars to them
         in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these
         Presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the Parties of
         the first part have given granted bargained sold and delivered
         & by these presents do so give grant bargain sell and convey to
         the party of Second part and to his successors as Administrator
         of the Estate of the said Wilbur F. Leitner deceased the following
         mentioned and described parcels of land That is to say Lots
         number thirteen & fourteen of what is known as the Seminary Land
         according to the survey of the same by Joel B. Smith containing two
         acres of land together with all and singular the houses buildings
