To Have and to hold the above mentioned & described
real estate with the improvements as aforesaid unto the
said Party of the Second part his heirs and assigns
& Successors in Office in fee Simple forever

Alachaua County  } Know all men by these presents that
                  I M.W. Riggs wife of George L. Riggs
of my own free will and accord became a party to
the foregoing Indenture of Deed & signed and sealed the
same for the purpose of extinguishing all my right
of Dower in and to the premises conveyed freely and
voluntarily & with out any fear or compulsion on the
part of my said husband Witness my hand & seal this
24th day of October AD 1868 }

                  of the County Court for the County of
Alachaua personally came, Geo L. Riggs to me well
known who acknowledged that he signed sealed and 
delivered the foregoing Indenture for the purpose therein
set forth, in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and this 16th day of July AD, 1869

County of Court, for the County of Alachaua personally came
Martha W. Riggs wife of Geo L. Riggs who declares upon oath an
examination by me this day made separately and appart from her
said husband that she joined in the Execution of said Deed of her
own free will and accord and without any compulsion of or from her said
husband in testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 17th
day of July AD 1869 }       William Edwards
