                   This indenture made this the 21st day of December
AD 1869 between James B. Brown, and Hanna W. Brown his wife of the
County of Alachaua and State of Florida, of the first part and
Frank Stewart of the same County and State of the second
part  Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of One hundred and fifty dollars paid
by the party of the second part Hath bargained sold and 
conveyed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell & convey to
the said party Frank Stewart his heirs and assigns forever
all that certain piece or parcel of land beang beang the East
half of Lot (13) in NW quarter of Sect=(5) Township (10) Range
(20) beang five acres less fifteen feet on each side and end to be left
for a Street To Have and to hold the same together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances and all
and singular the estate title and interest of the parties of the
first part therein mentioned And the said parties of the first
part doth hereby covenant and agree with the said Frank Stewart
that at the time of delivery hereof the said parties of the first part
are the lawful owners of the premises above granted and that they
will warrant and forever defend the same against all persons hereafter
claiming or to claim the same

County of Alachaua } Personally came Anna W. Brown who beang
                    examined sepperrate and appart from her said
husband acknowledged that the signed and sealed the foregoing
Deed for the uses and purposes therein contained and acknowledged
under her hand and seal that the relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower in the above described piece or parcel of land is made
this day freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
