This Indenture made this the Thirtieth (30) day of December
AD Eighteen hundred and Sixty Nine between Henry G.
Parker and Iantha O. Parker party of the first part
and Elias Earl party of the second part both of State
and County aforesaid Witnesseth That the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of $900 Nine hundred Dollars lawful money of the United
States to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth
grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs and 
assigns forever, all, that certain tract or parcel of land
lying in the County of Alachaua State of Florida To
wit The North 1/2 of the SE Quarter and the west half
of the North West Quarter of Section 33 and the South
Half of the North East Quarter of Section 33 T 7
S R 19 E and the NE Quarter of the NW Quarter Sect-
34 T 7 South Range 19 E Together with all an singular
the Tenements herditaments, and appurtenances Thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining also all The
Estate right title interest or demand whatsoever as
well, in law, as in Equity, of the said party of the
first part of in an and to the same to have and 
to hold the above granted and described premises
with all the apurt tenements herditaments and
appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part to his heirs and assigns to this and there own
proper use forever Provided always with these presents
are given on this Express condition that if the said
party of the first part shall well and truly pay
their certain promissory Notes under date of 17th of
December 1867 to Wit One given to the said party of the
second part, for, the sum of $450.00 Four Hundred
and Fifty Dollars due the first day of January 1869
and one for four hundred and fifty Dols $450.00 due
due the first day of January 1870 lawful money as
aforesaid according to the tenor of said Notes then these
presents Shall become null and void and the
Estate hereby granted shall cease and determine
